Todd was absolutely amazing to work with! Made everything seem less and stress free. Todd and his team did such an amazing job making sure everything was in order and communicated openly and very well. I’d recommend anyone to work with Todd!

I would give him 11 starts if I could. He made it clear from the beginning that he was here to answer any questions or concerns at any time of day. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to communicate until late in the evening and he made himself available. If I texted at 10 pm, he texted back. When I had a dumb question that he had already explained 3x, he explained it again. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He told us from the start that he would get use the best deal and rates and he followed through.

Todd and the team were exceptional and timely. Even when the delay was not their fault, they made every effort to keep things rolling. I appreciated the updates and quick responses from the team that worked with me on this loan.

I was a first time home buyer and was struggling mental with house shopping, plus I was nervous because two other lenders denied me. Todd said " I got you and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty, I hate to lose". He walked me through the process and had the hard conversations with me regarding my credit and the loan but he always said "If I'm not sweating you don't need to be sweating". Todd and his assistant Anna fought for me every step of the way even when I was freaking out Todd would call me and calm me down and reassure me that we are going to do this. I am single dad and have 2 young boys, Todd and Anna helped me provide stability for them, now I am sitting in my own house. I thought this was something I would never accomplish.
