When everyone else said no, they got it done
Tyson was a joy to work with. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and super responsive. I would definitely recommend!
Great to work with and patient with us not so computer savy.
Tyson and the team were amazing and communicated every step in the buying processes!
We were very pleased with the polite and professional service we received from Tyson Brockmeier and his financial team throughout the process!
Veterans United should focus on assisting there customers and not just pushing documents to finalize the closing of a home. Veterans United should do more of focusing on what in the best interest of the customer and not solely on the betterment of the company.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Erica,
I hear what you’re saying, and I’m really sorry your experience left you feeling this way. Buying a home should feel like you have a team in your corner, not like you’re being pushed through a process. When communication breaks down or things feel rushed, it can absolutely come across as though the focus isn’t where it should be.
Our goal is always to guide and support our borrowers, making sure decisions are clear and in your best interest. It’s disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience, and I appreciate you being candid about it. Feedback like yours matters because it highlights where we need to do better, especially when it comes to communication and making sure you feel confident every step of the way.
If you’re open to it, I’d really like to connect and learn more about what happened so we can take a closer look. You can reach me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
We’re available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, and if you reach out outside those hours, we’ll follow up the next business day.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
