This was my first home buying experience due to PCSing during my career and not wanting to buy where perviously stationed. When I finally decided to buy after retiring from the military, all I kept hearing was "Use Veteran's United". I'll spare you every detail, but from day ONE they made sure if I had any questions/concerns that they were addressed immediately. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them!

Started well & ended terrible. Expected to walk out of the closing with a check for $17-18K but had to show up with a check for over $11K instead. Not sure what the issues were on your end & don't care to be real honest. I was told we were all good over a week in advance, then told oops -we screwed up please cover our mistake.

When you’ve been planning for a certain outcome and are told everything looks good, finding out at the last minute that the numbers changed is incredibly frustrating.
