Zach grew up in Valley Forge, PA and has been working in customer service since his parents opened up a pretzel franchise in Springfield, MO. Upon graduation from Missouri State University, Zach embarked on a career of Sales and Service Management, working in the hospitality and medical industries before finding his passion for helping Veterans obtain homes.
Zach currently lives in Columbia, MO and has 3 amazing kids; Melah, Sidney and Lukas. When not helping heroes get homes, Zach is spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places, or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. Go BIRDS!

Relied most of the time to calls or emails. Always professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. This is my second loan with Zach. Great guy !
Zach and his team was great. They periodically reached out to see if there was anything I needed during the process. There was only one thing, on the termite invoice, I was asked to send it at which I did. Was asked to send it again I informed the person I sent it . They said, “let me check his email”. Then I was informed they had it the about two week later they asked for it again.
Zach was great to work with! He was always available or quick to reply when I needed his help! I asked so many questions and he was always patient with me! Thanks Zach!
