I love my job. Every day I get to help men and women finance the home they have always wanted. It’s an honor to serve those who have served our country.

2nd and last time using veterans united. Horrible experience. Closed late, terrible communication. The only person competent on the team was Ashley. If she was our loan officer we absolutely would have closed on time. She stepped in and got our home across the finish line. She’s great.
They were very helpful trough the whole process and helped me get everything done for closing. Some things were confusing at times but we got through it together.
6 years ago we bought our home from with the help of God, Aaron Hayes, and Veterans United, and he reached out to me again as I inquired online about refinancing our home.
6 years ago we considered him a trusted friend, and even moreso now that my husband is in Heaven, and our daughter who helped me appreciates him so much as well.
Thank you Aaron, and Veterans United for making this getting out of debt refinance, and transition possible! Dianne Engemann
Underwriting asked for information they had repeatedly.
Response from Veterans United
Hey Evan,
I’m sorry for the frustration. I know it’s stressful to be asked for the same information multiple times during the loan process. I appreciate you sharing this feedback, and I’d like the chance to learn more about your experience. Please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
Working with Aaron made the home financing smooth. He easily worked with me to get approved and quickly answered any questions I had. 10/10 will recommend Aaron to anyone looking to get a VA loan.
