I was raised in a small Missouri town and I came to Columbia seeking a career in finance. My passions includes Kansas City Chiefs football, traveling, and going on hikes with my dog!
My mission is to help Veterans take advantage of their VA benefits. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2014, and I am passionate about serving the military and Veteran community. Buying a house can be stressful, and I take great pride in making sure the whole process goes smoothly.
Whether you're buying a home or you just want to see what you're eligible for, I'm at your service!

Allison and Aaron were amazing and very driven to help us get our home. They went above and beyond our expectations in communicating with us and letting us know where we were at in the process and what we needed to do next. We never felt alone or confused, they were there tohelp us every step of the way. Allison and Aaron did whatever they could to make our dreams come true and we will appreciate them along with Veterans United forever.
All I can say is I’m glad it’s over very disappointed would not have even chose this group if I knew it wasn’t affiliated with the veterans . The checklist should be provided at the beginning to
Give an idea of what’s needed documentation should
He received faster and tracking to prevent repetitive request to many hands one person should be assigned for communicating and not Abby she is rude
Response from Veterans United
I'm sorry you walked away from your homebuying experience feeling disappointed, Anita. I understand how frustrating it can be when you're unsure what documentation will be needed, receive repeated requests, or feel like you're communicating with too many different people throughout the process.
I also take your concerns about how you were treated seriously. I'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and make sure your feedback is heard. Please reach out to the Client Advocate team at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
The team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, and messages received outside those hours are typically answered the next business day.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
I had a great experience with Veterans United throughout the home-buying process. Everyone I worked with was helpful, responsive, and patient whenever I had questions. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made the process much easier to understand and kept me informed along the way. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Veterans United to other veterans looking to purchase a home.
Aaron and his team were very attentive and answered all my questions in detail. I took time to decide whether to refinance with VU or switch. Hands down it was the customer service that brought me to my conclusion and stay with VU. Also they are realistic and will be honest with your affairs. That means a lot in today’s market and environment.
