Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! We couldn't be happier with Veterans United and I will do my best to tell others about you every chance I get! THANK YOU!
Using Veterans United was the best experience I could have had! They brought me through everything part of the home buying experience with ease. They even found the perfect realtor for me in Kasonjah Frolich. We found the perfect place through her resources! Thank you all!!
The Veterans United experience was everything you could ask for in a loan..
Over all you are a powerful resource for a home buyer. You have a great thin client app that makes the process smooth and understandable. The To-Do's and document processing kept me on track and in control of a complex process (home buying that is), and I can't say enough about document singing electronically. In the end I'm very happy I found you and won't hesitate to recommend you to any veteran.
Everyone that I worked with was outstanding. I had a bit of a stressful (for me) situation and they were incredible. This was so seamless and I credit that solely to the team I was given!
It was a bad experience all a round. I had submit paperwork more then once. It seemed the underwriter did not talk to the loan officer for what they needed. I waited this long to response to see if I felted better about the experience I still feel the same.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Michael,
I'm so sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't a positive one. It's frustrating to have to submit paperwork more than once, and it sounds like the lack of communication between team members added even more stress to the process. That's definitely not the smooth, supportive experience we strive to provide, and I hate that we fell short for you.
I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, even after giving it some time to process. It's clear we didn't deliver the kind of service you deserved, and we'd love to reconnect and discuss further what we could've done differently. If you're open to sharing, you can reach us directly at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
Thank you again for trusting us with such an important step in your journey, and I'm truly sorry that we let you down.
I was completely blown away by the level of customer service. Simply astonished. I look forward to doing more business with Veterans United doing mortgages as well as insurance. If I had the money to buy another home I would absolutely do it right now and give you guys a call! Thank you so very much for a very positive and wonderful first time home buyer experience!!
