I wished I'd had this kind of experience with my very 1st house when buying.
These folks knew exactly what they were doing and they did everything above and beyond

When dealing with a VA loan it would be beneficial to tell the borrower all the requirements of the VA upfront and send them a clearer list of things the borrower will have to take care of and pay for themselves so it isn't all of a sudden/last minute. For people who do not live in an urban setting it takes longer since these services are not always locally available.

Account manager's service is outstanding. Co workers need more team work.
