I have already recommended VU to several people
I had a great experience using my VA home loan with this team. Ada, my realtor, was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had my best interest in mind from start to finish. Jason, the loan officer, made the VA loan process smooth and easy to understand, answering all my questions and keeping everything on track.Rae, Jason’s assistant, was very helpful, organized, and quick to respond whenever documents or updates were needed. Sierra, the coordinator, kept everything moving seamlessly and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.Overall, the entire team did an excellent job. They worked well together, communicated clearly, and made the home-buying process as stress-Free as possible
Once again, thank you Jason and team. You truly make this process easy.
Always answer as soon as I had questions
Everything went smoothly
Jason Crone and Ashley Fuller were great to work with! They were very attentive and patient with my questions and always answered quickly, which meant a lot to my wife and I because home buying is pretty stressful. Jason also locked us into a lower interest rate just before an increase.VU’s site makes uploading your documents painless and the portal lets you know when they’ve been processed. The “To Do” list also made it easy to grasp what needed to be done to get our loan approved quickly. I can’t think of a way to make that process easier.
Best ever
