Jerry Simons’ experience in the military means he is familiar with the needs of Veterans and military families. He used his VA benefits to purchase a home and hopes to help hundreds of Veterans achieve their homeownership dreams. Originally from New York City, Jerry earned his associate degree in business management from Borough of Manhattan Community College and his Bachelor of Science in strategic leadership and security management in 2009 from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kan.
Before joining the Veterans United team as a loan originator, Jerry was a recruiter with the Army National Guard, and he still serves part-time. Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife, Nikki, who he met in the U.S. Air Force, and his children, Bladen, Kaiden, David and Alaina. Jerry is a big New York sports fan and believes the Yankees, Giants, Knicks and Rangers can all win championships in the near future.

He truly helps when it matters the most
It was kind of a let down to be told we were all set and then every day something new popped up. I did not feel as though our case was handled as a case on its own and rather one that as lost in a shuffle and fumbled multiple times. Communication was not great. The team felt disorganized and incompetent.
