Lily, Olivia and Nate made sure my experience was smooth & without stress! They all went above & beyond assisting me with questions I had and explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable by saying "good question" . wow! This was the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced.I am grateful and can't stop talking about my team to friends & family.

Lily has always answered my question and if she didn't know she found out got back to me as soon as she could. Lily has been a amazing to have there if ever we have questions. She is always pleasant to talk to, and always asks if everything is going okay and what projects we are doing. She always asks about my husband Steve knowing he is a truck driver and that I do a lot of projects without him. She is an amazing individual and everyone would be lucky to have her as their loan agent.

I Actually want to Say I didn't like the Words, ( maybe, Probably, should) when looking for an Answer, other than that things went ok.

Lily was amazing in every step of the way. Not only did she deal with my frustrations but she carried us to the finish. Which led to my family buying our first home! If I had the option I would have added some money to fly Lily wherever she wants as a vacation!
