We were super impressed with Matthew Rehl and his entire team. The entire process from start to finish was awesome and very little stress. These guys worked together like a well oiled machine. Quick responses to questions and problem solving. I really can’t say enough about the highest quality of customer service and kindness that we received. Outstanding job fellas! Thank you for making our homeowners experience the greatest!!
Working with Matthew and the VU team for the IRRL has been very easy. His team worked in a timely manner to get it done. We are very appreciative of the work that Matthew has provided for us!
The VU team assigned to me made my first home buying experience a breeze. The team was incredibly responsive and provided prompt answers to any questions I had. I felt at all times I was in good care with VU and that their transparency through the to the purchase made it a simply step by step process. I would be happy to work with my VU team again.
It was a great experience overall. My whole team was amazing to work with. I would recommend any veteran to use Veterans United to purchase their dream home!
It is very important to a buyer that closing cost and expected payment be as accurate as possible. We struggled getting an accurate estimate for closing cost. In addition I was told day before closing my payment would be one number and at closing it was about $300 more a month. There is no reason this should be so inaccurate. It’s also very important to be available at the time your submitting an offer to get questions answered and documents needed. I had to do my own research to get estimated closing accurate to make my offer to the seller. We also asked not to have the Appraisal completed until after option period and to wait until we give the approval to order. It was ordered without our approval. Had we decided not to move forward with this purchase during option we would have wasted money on the appraisal.Overall there needs to be more attention to detail. If the loan officer is too busy or has personal obligations going on, another loan officer should be available to step in.
The whole process from starting to finish was seamless. Matthew, Kimmy, and Amy were all so professional and courteous. I have never felt more seen and heard. Veterans United really got it right with the team that I have. Beyond amazing!Thank you so much!!!!
Fast…efficient….the whole staff I dealt with were OUTSTANDING…..I’d rate them an 11 if I could
