At first I was nervous about the "team" concept and having to work with multiple people but how VU moves you through the phases of the home buying process and you shift from one team member to another flowed seamlessly. Ryan who helped get the loan across the finish line and was extremely helpful in explaining the entire financing process when I was extremely curious, to Megan who helped wrap up the final after list to do's to help make my move in process as seamless as possible.
