I could not be more grateful to Sean and the Veterans United team. This is the second time working with them and I would never go anywhere else. They take the time to answer any and all questions. They explain things in detail. The mobile notary that came to the house was so kind and walked us through every detail. Thank you all so much!
This whole process was made super easy and stress free thanks to everyone at Veterans United! The personalized package that was sent to us on our closing day was an amazing way to end the whole process!
Thank ya again and all of you was really really super.
Everyone that I worked with was absolutely amazing. They made the process so easy. Answered questions quickly and thoroughly. Always Johnny on the spot. I'm so happy they were on my side. Kind patient. If I ever have to go throw this process again I want this team.
Veterans United has been absolutely wonderful at working with us on buying the house of our dreams. We are so amazed by how smooth the transaction went. The team walked us through every step of the way. They were always there for us with any and all questions.
I would recommend Veterans United to everyone!
The process can be confusing for those of us who are not well versed on how everything works. It can be very difficult to understand. The only suggestion I would make, because the website with the to do list helps a lot, is to gather all the data first, all the documentation, and then set the closing date 30 days out, just in case there are any issues, or any further documentation is needed. I know it can be unpredictable, but it seems the standard two weeks out just is not enough; therefore it has to be extended over and over again. In order to ensure the process runs smoothly, I think a standard 30 days would be a lot better. I also think that getting all necessary documentation before the process is even initiated would be better as well, thank you.
