I am the proud father to three wonderful children, two of them off to college. We live in the same small town where I grew up, Moberly, Missouri. It is still a pleasure to wake up each morning and know I have a new and exciting day ahead of me working with folks like you.

I have been helping people with their home financing for 23 years now, and the VA Loan trumps every other loan I have been able to offer. The last 7 years I have been blessed with having my Assistant Loan Officer, Crystaline Loveless, helping Veterans and active duty personnel daily.

In transactions of this magnitude, my professional standard is to under-promise and over-deliver. Unfortunately, that principle was not reflected in this experience. The repeated errors in submitting applications—three times in total—are deeply concerning and indicative of systemic issues in the process.It’s my belief that key deadlines were met more by chance than by sound planning. The only reason this transaction remained intact was due to the strength of my relationship with the sellers and their trust in my ability to manage the situation. I maintained constant communication and oversight with the lending team to ensure progress toward closing.Without this level of involvement and persistence, I have no confidence that the deal would have successfully closed.My relationship as a real estate agent is to AGENCY in behalf of the buyer in this case but unfortunately the issues here so many and the constant answer from officers of it’s out of my control. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s out of our hands lead to me having to resort to inconvenience my client and have him directly contact VA and their offices in order to get this deal done.
