I am the proud father to three wonderful children, two of them off to college. We live in the same small town where I grew up, Moberly, Missouri. It is still a pleasure to wake up each morning and know I have a new and exciting day ahead of me working with folks like you.
I have been helping people with their home financing for 23 years now, and the VA Loan trumps every other loan I have been able to offer. The last 7 years I have been blessed with having my Assistant Loan Officer, Crystaline Loveless, helping Veterans and active duty personnel daily.
I feel truly honored to have the opportunity to work with currently enlisted members and Veterans of the United States Armed Forces and their families who have sacrificed so much for our country generation after generation. It is my pleasure to educate Veterans on how to take advantage of their VA Home Loan Benefits. Contact me today to learn more.

My loan officer and his team outstanding and they worked with me to get everything done and to fit my budget. They were very professional and helpful during the process.I would recommend Veteran United to anyone.Thank you so very much Veterans United.
Veterans united were on top of everything through the full process. Let me know when something was needed and where I was in the process.
The whole team made me feel like I was their only client.
Best company ever I just love this company and will always recommend Veteran United to anyone
Ted suggested the refi ... of his own loan. Saved me $425/mo, just 8 months after the original purchase money mortgage. Yay, Ted!
i went into this whole house buying this with very little information on how it all worked. When i first spoke with someone from veterans united it was a great call and i thought this would be a smooth process. i was seriously wrong. this was my first time going through this and the main thing i needed was communication, and i’d only hear from my “team” once a week and it was normally about how they screwed something up and my closing was going to cost me more and be moved back farther. the only good thing about veterans united was that their manager was very helpful every time i called to complain.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Landon,
I’m really sorry to hear how overwhelming this experience felt for you, especially as a first-time buyer. When everything is new, steady communication matters a lot, and I understand how frustrating it was to only hear from the team when something changed or a delay came up. That kind of uncertainty can take a real toll, and I appreciate you being honest about it.
I’m glad you felt supported when you reached out to the manager, but I also know that doesn’t undo the stress you went through along the way. I’d really like the chance to look into what happened and make sure your feedback is fully reviewed. If you’re open to it, please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
My team is in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, and if you contact us outside those hours we’ll typically respond the next business day. Thank you for taking the time to share what this was like for you. I’m here if you’d like to talk more.
