Tim Wuest
Tim Wuest was born in Missouri but has lived most of his life in Columbia, MO. When he was in High School he moved near Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri where he was able to work for his family business who employed many active duty service members. He already had a large respect for the military, but working with and around them helped grow his passion and respect for individual families. He Graduated at the University of Missouri with a degree in Education in 2011. Tim’s first goal is to educate each veteran and active duty service member fully understand and enjoy their VA Financing experience. Tim’s first job was when he was 13, this translates directly to his strong work ethic to get the job done. He walks in every morning excited to get to work and help military families obtain their life long goal of home ownership. Tim enjoys Mizzou football, basketball and the Kansas City Cheifs. He also loves playing pick-up basketball, working out and hanging out with his wife and goldendoodles.

Our home buying experience was very unique, everything went smooth and fast until it didn’t. Everything up until the closing process was great, our team was very helpful in getting everything ready and done. We ran into a problem not common with the home buying process at closing, but our team tackled it head on and even though it took months to close they worked hard and pursued every option to get us our home. I can’t thank my loan team enough for all the time and effort they put to make everything work out in the end. I recommend any veteran give VU a chance and you will not be disappointed.
