Tyler is an amazing person and a true and very knowledgeable professional. From the very beginning, Tyler explained the process to us as this is our first home. He ensured we knew what to expect, what was expected of us, and his responsibility and commitment to achieve our goal of home ownership. He also made sure his team was organized and operated at the same high level of efficiency which we have experienced and appreciated. He was always available to us for anything (even things that we consider would be out of his realm of responsibility) and would respond to us as if we were his only account (which we know is furthest from the truth. First and foremost, he never lost sight of, and embraced, that he was helping a veteran and his wife. He met challenges and obstacles head on which led to the successful purchase of our dream home. It seems rare these days to get such an individual. He takes great pride in what he does, and he is second to none. We are so grateful to Tyler and his team. We will never forget him! We still can't believe we have our home!
