Tyler Oakley
Tyler was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended college at The University of Central Missouri to play basketball. After college Tyler joined the finance/Insurance field for 6 years before joining Veterans United. Tyler is very passionate about helping Veterans and military families, as his father-in-law still serves in the Air Force. His main goal is to make the home buying process as easy as possible so the main focus can be on the excitement of owning a new home. Tyler is married to his wife Katie. They reside in Overland Park, Kansas with their son, Miles, and 2 dogs, Louie and Bandit. They are expecting their second child in May of 2023. Tyler looks forward to serving those that have served and are currently serving by providing assistance with all of their home needs.

Tyler is an amazing person and a true and very knowledgeable professional. From the very beginning, Tyler explained the process to us as this is our first home. He ensured we knew what to expect, what was expected of us, and his responsibility and commitment to achieve our goal of home ownership. He also made sure his team was organized and operated at the same high level of efficiency which we have experienced and appreciated. He was always available to us for anything (even things that we consider would be out of his realm of responsibility) and would respond to us as if we were his only account (which we know is furthest from the truth. First and foremost, he never lost sight of, and embraced, that he was helping a veteran and his wife. He met challenges and obstacles head on which led to the successful purchase of our dream home. It seems rare these days to get such an individual. He takes great pride in what he does, and he is second to none. We are so grateful to Tyler and his team. We will never forget him! We still can't believe we have our home!
