Andrew Beckett and his team have been a wonderful experience, not only during my most recent closing, but also dating back to February 2016, when I closed on my very first home. Having the opportunity to work with Andrew and his team again years later speaks volumes about the level of trust and confidence I have in them. From beginning to end, Andrew and his team demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, patience, and excellent communication. The home-buying and closing process can sometimes be stressful and overwhelming, but they worked diligently to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, they were responsive, helpful, and willing to take the time to make sure I understood everything.
All deadlines met quickly and had the CTC early, which was very reassuring for all.
As a USMC Veterans, I have been trying to purchase a home for a long time. No matter what I tried it seemed like there were too many doors getting closed on us. Veterans United has been totally the opposite of those other Veterans friendly groups. They guided me and gave me all the information I needed to qualify for a new home. From day one I was treated like a family member and was give the upmost attention. From the time I was introduced to a local realtor to the day we were given the keys, my family and I were taken care of.
I am a founder of a local Veterans group in our community and currently serving as its President. I have informed those who are still renting or thinking about purchasing a home to contact Veterans United first. They have been a blessing to my family and want to make sure their family is taken care of too.
I would say miss Andrew and his team worked very hard and very good together and I think everyone should really take a lesson of it and I will get all of them 10 all day long and I will let people know veteran that they can get a house and thank you very much for your time and your efforts and everybody’s patience
A few communications issues toward the end that were pretty stressful on our end but overall excellent
