I contacted him once? Found out somewhere in the process there was a loan concierge- where I told him about my realtor team. Once the loan was really started I ended up with 2 other individuals. In all I believe I talked to Maddox once, Ryan definitely more than once and then it was two other ladies for the finalizing. All pleasant, Ryan ran numbers for me numerous times but he wasn’t who I ended up working with for the finalizing loan. That part seems disjointed to me as well/ but maybe more efficient on their side.

Even when any issues came up the team was very fast to help resolve any issues. Even when things were my fault on paperwork mason, Salina, ryan and josh were on top of it helping. We are in the house now and ready to make it ours, thank you again for the assistance in getting our home!

Mason was one of the reasons why I decided to buy a house. He made the loan process very easy to understand and was very knowledgeable with the things I had questions about. Mason further went out of his way to make sure I got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. I really enjoyed working with him and his team and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
