O my goodness everyone was PHENOMENAL!!! Even when I was overwhelmed with this process everyone was so KIND & PATIENT most of professional that is important even when I had a few meltdowns. I would recommend this company to any veteran. They explain what needs to be done and where you stand during the preapproval process.

Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was extremely prompt and helped explained things that I did not understand extremely well.

I also received help strengthening my credit up and taking care of my weak areas and under my circumstances without them this would not have happened.

My team helped me get the loan, they did not seem happy when I needed to know how to or who to ask for help understanding things I wanted to know. I called, and usually ended up getting voicemail and waited for a response, I do know everyone was really busy with other clients, so I asked my Realtor

My VU team made the entire buying process seamless and stress-free. VU was always responsive to any concerns or questions I had, and ensured a smooth closing.

Is was a little difficult at times getting through to talk to somebody. But I know everybody was pretty busy with other projects too. Who is a little confusing for us being first time homebuyers like that but we got through it and they helped a lot on everything I do appreciate them and would recommend them to anybody.
