My team at Veterans United "held my hand" through the intire process. I knew very little about this whole process being a first time hime owner. At times, i needed to take things slow and go over some steps at a slow pace so I didnt miss anything. Being a vet with ptsd, this began to get overwhelming, but my team took extra time, talked slowly and clearly to ensure I was fully aware of every detail. I strongly believe, if i had gone with another mortgage company, i would have backed away from this whole process Rob was morenthan understanding and did all he could to insure I didnt let myself down by backing out. All of my questions and concerns where answered until I was satisfied. Now im sitting in my own livingroom as I type this note. Bravo Veterans United. Thank you Rob, Kayla, David, Brayden and Jason.
