Ross is by far the most gentle and understanding individual! The closing for my property that I sold, took what felt like an eternity. Ross took the time to walk me through everything he could. His reassurance about my loan with VU was far superior than I could have hoped for. Outstanding individual!
Trust the process, not the timing. Ross and his team answered every question we had. Even when it appeared nothing was happening they were reassuring in the process.
