Didn’t communicate a lot with Ross himself but his team was amazing!!! Jared was great we did most of our communication and getting things done with him. But Julie was phenomenal she knew everything. She knew why the underwriters wanted things for review and what they were looking for. When no one else had an answer for us Julie did and we didn’t even have to ask she was on top of everything in the emails.

My gut told me Veterans United was my lender even though I had some better quotes due to the knowledge, kindness, and keeping me in the loop throughout the process.
