First loan spec dropped the ball, and follow up on VA appraisal was below standards/expectations. Redundancy on forms. Real estate agent was excellent. Communication was very good for the most part.

I have yet to find out if my bundle package of my home/car insurance has Changed or been canceled without my knowledge. I may even be driving without car insurance without knowing because of a neglected insurance Change at the last minute on my loan.

It's been awhile since I last used my VA home loan benefit. Somethings have changed that I guess make it more stricter to get a loan. But my experience was fine. No major problems or hurdles.
Overall experience was outstanding very thorough through the process. Personnel I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The mission statement of this organization is loud and clear help the veterans with there mortgage needs. Thank-you
