I have had home loans since 1967, in each of which the word "approved" meant just that. VU, after announcing approval, required additional information, some of it two days before closing. All of it was petty, and had been available for weeks.
We were treated with the utmost respect and anytime I called someone answered the phone and help me they went above and beyond to get us alone I would definitely recommend them to anyone
