More concise and well trained personnel that do not continually ask for duplicate documents that have been sent 4 and 5 times. Having the applicants issue new documents because the originals that were sent to the VUHL were too light or too dark. This truly was a waste of time and money when the VUHL could have achieved this on their own copy machines. Receiving a CTC date and informing the applicants a day before that a shed behind the house did not pass termite inspection. Also, on the day before closing not accepting a legitimate drivers license because it had the 4 year renewal stamp on the back. The VUHL had this license for over a month. These are just a few of the many time consuming announces that we endured.
