Everything truly needs improved. The whole process took a toll emotionally on my entire family. From one day to the next things required changed and we were told to spend money and do things in order to close the loan and then after we did, we were told that they were not needed. Never again will my husband and I choose this company or go through a VA process all together!!

because my loan so long to materialize because of the deed problem it seemed to me I had to repeat some things several times.
We have a great experience and everything was done in a timely manner. One problem that I had, is that we had 2 people working on our loan and one person would ask for something that we had already sent the other person. It was just a minor mix up but kind of frusterating at the same time.
Maybe go through all the things that could happen during the appraisal process a little more
Email s weren't always answered. But if my questions were important I would call and they would be answered.
When it comes to using the VUHL, it would be very helpful to give the applicant a checklist of what the person needs for a very smooth experience.
Because of Rick Bridgeman the potential to make this a drawn out process it has been painless . (Both times) I hope the rest of your people are as good as I can not think of a way to improve the experience he smoothed the bumps out and was quite patient.

Remeber that when you are dealing with veterans that they are just that VETERANS. Please be more than just about signing another customer to a loan.

While the loan was approved it took over 2 months to complete. Most of these issues were sure to items that were not made clear at the start if the process. All was almost done then out of the blue, a pest was required. If I had been made aware i could have gotten that done and not had the two weeks delay fit the damage discovered. Quite communication between me and the agent and list of things spelled ut at the beginning would have made s smoother process.

As a General Manager of a Combo Funeral Home and Cemetery, I have an understanding of the necessity that any and all paperwork concerning the remains and disposition of a human being are scrutinized by the FTC, State Boards for Funeral Directors and Embalmers, Cemetery Regulatory Boards, etc...knowing that mistakes are not acceptable at any level, however, a great deal of the questions and criteria required by the underwriters was questionable at best. One point that may need to be addressed in the future is the demand on getting an ex-spouse to provide their refinancing of a home when there is no question conerning the applicant having no responsibility for the property or loan concerning the house of the previous marriage. Those documents were none of our business as man and wife from her ex-spouse, especially since the divorce decree had ably stated that she had nothing to do with the property of the ex and other explanations that supported the same. Thankfully, the ex-spouse and my wife had an amicable parting of the ways and he agreed to giving us and the underwriters a copy that had nothing to do with our loan, in our opinion. The goings on between the underwriters and the whole process was very tedious and tiring at times, giving us one day the thumbs up and thenout of the blue another question arose and bam, on hold, like a yo-yo our emotions were yanked up and down. All in all we are so appreciative for your assistance in obtaining this house. It has been a dream of mine for years to own such a property (With A POOL). Even with the ups and downs, we would hope we could use you again if the need ever arose again. so much for the complaining, now for a way to make it easier or less stressful. Instead of not being able to answer questions from the underwriters without going through a group of people, maybe some direct communications with the underwriters and a better explanation of what information is needed.
