From what I see you have a very good process.
Hard copy forms to and place in initial folder for client to fill out once --My final approval and closing was placed in limbo because this or that form had to be e-mailed or faxed and things get lost--Everyone's case is surely unique and different but mine was tied to and endless trail of "Letters of Explanation(s)" to satisfy the Underwriter--Water under the bridge but I'm glad glad the process is over
I actually can't think of anything that needs improvement as far as Verterans United is concerned. Both Blake and Tyler did a great job keeping us informed as to what was needed to keep the loan process on track as well as asnwering every question in record time, leaving us feeling at extreme ease throughout this whole process. Thank you Blake and Tyler for all your hard work and attention to detail, you two are a great asset to Verterans United.
No improvements needed.

Nothing I can think of at this time.
Stop the last minute paperwork and needs. We were traveling for days to get to our new home and had no access to anything (paper work, fax and limited email) and yet were still getting calls for things to be found and faxed and conference calls to be made at the last minute. Also, I feel all the duplicate paperwork was unnecessary; we sent the same papers and forms over numerous times.

The amount of paperwork is astounding, at least that's what the closing attorney said
