Accomplished required tasks but had extremely poor communicating. Kept affirming verbally that the earnest money I paid would "come back to me". Then, when it didn't, he kept referring to the documentation that stated my return which insinuated that I should have understood that my earnest was not going to "come back to me". This is your profession. I have been managing a demanding no-fail environment in addition to the home buying process. It is your job to understand this process and its nuances and explain that to the buyer. Not to mention, you asked for a 10/10 review after such poor communication. Hopefully, if I have to work with you and your team in the future, there will be a better understanding between us.
