There needs to be a better way of contacting people. I would be nice if the loan officers were a litte more informative about the energy efficiency loan.
Overall, I would rate VU as very good. I was in a difficult time crunch, and VU came through for us. The only less than perfect aspect was we kept thinking we were done, and one more thing was needed, then something else. If there was some way to let the vet know up front, it would be a little less frustrating. But again, I would not hesitate to recommend Veterans United.
