Inform clients of the papers that may be required way before time and a detailed list of what is expected when they first begain loan app. so not too much time is spent getting creditors lined up. But overall it was not such a bad experiance with lenders only our creditors.
There was alot of last minute corrections. Wish I had more notice for closing appointment. I almost missed work trying to get the papers signed on time at the last minute.

Put Flyers in Veterans Health Care Locations all through the United States. VA hospitals have Boards set up to advertise., also Rest Areas on highways through the USA.

We had a positive experience from beginning to end. Someone on the team was always available to answer an email in a timely manner or if urgent they could be found to take the call. We really can't think of any improvements since all the current technology is used to for all communications.
