Steve and his team (Sarah and Kevin) are AMAZING!!! This is our second time around using VU! Always professional, always so very helpful from start to finish!
Steve was great
Steve and Rachel did such an amazing job and helped us get our loan secured and our house closed in record time. We could not be happier with the two of them and their help and support during that process. Steve helped us figure out all the ins and outs and get approved for a house we could afford and fit our family. He was willing to work with us even though we only owned our business for one year, and the general time limit is 2. He was amazing. If I ever need another VA Loan I will only work with Steve, and if we know of anyone looking, I will only recommend Steve. Steve and Rachel both were very understanding and patient with all of our questions. They are amazing.
Steve was amazing. Even when he was out of office, he still took the time to check in. That personal touch was so refreshing! While Steve was out, Bryan stepped in and kept me in the loop! He didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call for important matters. Sometimes, I was surprised at the time of day he was still working. It just showed me how much this job means to them both. Their patience with me was unmatched. Truly grateful for them both!
Thanks for everything Steve! You guys killed it.
