My loan specialist was Cole Simmons. I cannot say enough about the services he provided. I will recommend every veteran I know call Cole. He went so far above and beyond the call of duty it was amazing. This was seriously the best service I have ever received from any company and it was all due to Cole. Whatever he is paid, it is not enough. I guarantee you he is your best employee...hands down. I could sing his praises for quite some time but please ensure he knows how great he is.

It was a bit much at first dealing with multiple people once we decided which house to go with. Once we understood the role of each person it became a bit easier. I would reccomend explaining that up front so it's not so overwhelming.
