Veterans Home United loan process for approving loans was painless. We received clear, consistent communication about every step in our loan process. It felt like a friend, like someone that really cared about our needs.
I was told that I would receive money in regards to using a realtor that was provided. After the loan was complete I was then told that this did not apply in the state of Louisiana. If I would have known this I would have used my own realtor.
Veterans United was stellar in all aspects of our VA loan process. I would definitely recommend VU to any and all my friends and relatives.

My only hiccup in the process was a disclosure that got sent to me for signature 3 times electronically and twice by mail. They couldn't figure out why I kept receiving the same document.
