Jason Crone was great. Underwriting could have requested some documents earlier in the process instead of trickling requests down until a few days before the scheduled closing. The questions were based on source documents they had for nearly a month.
Underwriting was terrible and it seemed like there was one thing after another that came up to keep our closing date moving to the right. Questions needed to be asked by transaction coordinator to speed up underwriting like do you have a well.
Everything was great with our loan until it came to the day of closing. A huge error was made on behalf of the lender and there was no remorse really. Our loan was just passed onto another LO to deal with the rest of the loan.
Everything went smooth & I was kept informed of the progress
