Lots of sending the same paperwork multiple times because it was "never received", even though the rest set with it was. Lots of waiting until the last second to ask for inspections.

Great experience with the loan specialist and her support staff. Questionable experience with the underwriters, information seemed to be requested in an ad hoc manner and often additional information requested when alread provided.
Sometimes they dont get back to you like they say they will,thats a strike against them
