The initial process was ok, but got terribly bogged down in the late stages, once my loan officer changed.

At first the refi paperwork was not accurate (included my wife on most of the paperwork for signatures). Eventually, a new corrected packet with was sent. This caused some undue stress in an already stressful scenario

I understand that due to all the bankruptcies people have had, to include my self, that extra paper work is required. In my original packet alot of my paperwork was included, how ever the underwriters need to have some common sense and understanding.
