It took a long time and they did not guarantee that we actually got the loan until the last minute. Too much rushing around and waiting.
Jonathan Lucas and Veterans United were very pleasant, helpful and over all a very easy and nice experience. A lot of realtors tried to dis-sway us from using VA financing. Jonathan made it easy.
The VU team was great - helpful, prompt, and patient! Exceptions were Danielle, who did our employment verification (we had confirmation that she did not leave messages); and our agent Tony - he failed to provide helpful info and seemed unmotivated.
