First of all, if you say you are going to do something or that you will meet a certain deadline, do it. Second, it would be a great deal more professional if you, as a business would request the proper paperwork in one, or even two iterations vs. more than a dozen, and don't wait until the last minute to request it. You can improve the experience by being honest, up front and professional. Incompetence seems to be rampant in today's business world. It is so bad, in fact, that I expect it from most every corporation or business entity, and this firm was no exception. This transaction was easily the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a lender. Military, both current and past should never have to deal with a lack of competence and disservice of this magnitude.
