The timeliness of the requests for documentation. How do I put this? If you are going to tell me to submit something that will take 4 or 5 days to submit back to you, and something else will expire in that time frame, ask me to submit that along with the first request. There were numerous occurrences where I submitted something and then was immediately asked to submit something else because it had expired. Also, the communication between the Law firm/title company was horrendous. I was asked to take care of or follow up on items that otherwise should have been handled directly by the law firm/title company. I understand that my credit score wasn't the best and that we had to jump through more hoops than a normal mortgage application, I just feel that as hectic as it was it still had room for fluidity.
