I did not enjoy my loan experience simply because it took almost a year for the house loan to be approved and accepted by the banks. I don't think this was the fault of VA Loans, so I would recommend services to others. I think it would have been nice however to have more communication with my loan officer during the period of time that we has not had any progress on the loan, a simple phone call to let us know we were not forgotten and everyone is doing all they can.
