Better explain the fee that is paid to the VA up front at the start of the process. There was a bit of confusion on my part about that.
I had a great experience as a first time buyer. Can't think of anything to change! Dave was quick to respond and stayed on top of my loan process; give him a raise!!!
EXPLAIN THAT THIS A SOMETIMES SLOW PROCESS
Let clients know specifically about Pest Inspection and Well Test requirements sooner in the process. These things can take time to schedule and if issues arise may delay processing as it did in our case. The over 6 week delay cost us $1800 in points to secure the rate. Not to mention the cost of the inspections and treatments.
Jon was great but his team was horrible. I felt like I was in the dark during the whole process. Their communication skills were horrible. I would not recommended your company.
More advertisement of the program
Getting all the information that the person will need all a at once would help out drastically. I recieved emails almost daily with new items that I need to provide.
Overall the performanc fo. My loan officer was outstanding. I could cobtact him at any time . Dave Buchner did qn awsome job
