Our IRRRL with Veterans United was very easy and practically painless. Winsor walked us through every step and made sure all of our questions were answered. The entire process was much easier than we expected!
My experience with Veterans United was very positive with all of their personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They went to great lengths to explain the process and to keep me informed as to the status of each stage. Overall it was a pleasant and relatively painless process. I say this after having had a bad experience with another lender that forced me to cancel that process and to subsequently go with Veterans United.
Great experience, very easy to with. I live in California, every document was easy to upload online straight onto your profile making it very uncomplicated and smooth.
