Veterans United provided us outstanding service.
It was like I was working with my family . Everyone is so nice. You can ask as many questions as possible and they will take their time,answering each one . They will walk you through every step. May God Bless them all,because of them my family have a new start.
This was my first time using Veterans United and the experience was fantastic. The team really know how to make the process simple and painless.
I was deployed when I bought my first home and VU made it so convenient and helpful for me to do the whole thing.
I think that when all the papers that need to be e-signed it should be with the understanding that they will be skimmed over. With all the phone calls it should be brought up asap if buyer will have to provide money at closing. I personally was under the impression that I would not have to have any money at closing until 3 days prior.

there was a constant barrage of items to review, electronically sign or items pending. almost too much to keep up with.
The greatest short coming we found during this process is that Veterans United does not have a strong grasp of the rules,regulations, processes and procedures applicable to NYS.
Everyone was great. Robert and Jason were quick to answer any questions we had and it was truly a great experience. Thank you VU!
