my experience with Stefanie was great, she helped us out all the way through. The only issue I had was with the underwriters. We were guaranteed 45 days to close and on the 45th day the underwriters required more paper work which prolonged our closing. We had to submit another extension because of this. I was very displeased because they should've told us their requirements ahead of time so we could close on the 45th day.
