They made the process very easy and help every step of the way.
The communication was just really bad up until the very end....We had to beg to be called back. Some questions were answered while others were ignored. If you questioned anything people got VERY defensive and at times were just rude. It was really frustrating. I had read some great reviews and wished that I had ended up with the team that those reviews were about.

Many documents were lost and mixed up by the mortgage company causing me do perform extra work in explaining these errors and causing my closing to be moved. Also no one at the mortgage company even told me when my closing was, I found out from the home owners insurance company. I was not told what my closing costs were until about an hour prior to the closing.
The process was very smooth and quick.
