The process was very lengthy, there seemed to be too many people involved in the process causing either miscommunication, delayed communication or incorrect communication. In the end instead of getting the aproximate $522 back at closing it cost me $365, $106 of which I was completely unaware of until closing. Pete Jones was very nice and tried to give me as much help as possible but he could not always answer my questions because it was not his area, again too many people on one loan process.
The assistance rendered from my team at Veterans United Home Loans was extremely committed and attentive to making the process simple and as efficient as possible. TJ Giger especially was in constant contact with me and attentive to whatever needed to be done. He and Mimi my realtor made the entire process very pleasurable and for the most part stress free.
