Poor communication and follow up; only got a reply when we followed up; the follow up emails were riddled with excuses; like the lead aren't told us in his last email, "he deals with 300-400 clients a month and does not read all emails"
Chris was great. He worked with me through lots of obstacles and got everything done. He truly made it a stress free process!
We were asked several times for the same information that we had already submitted. It seemed like the two that were working our loan were not working together.
Everything was handled perfectly and left myself and my wife with less stress during the whole process which was perfect because I am currently stationed in Korea with the Army.
I like the fact that I'm getting a VA loan and I'm satisfied with the terms as such although it just seemed like the agents working on the loan need to be more customer service oriented. I had to initiate our communications more often then not!
