We were supposed to close on a Wednesday and the Monday prior your underwriting department wanted more information that ended up delaying the closing. This caused several hectic days of trying to schedule a closing between everyone.

I would recommend Veterans United to friends and family but I would caution them to make sure the Loan specialist does not give the case to anyone else to work on. Once my loan was given over to a second loan officer everything seemed to go wrong.
