The entire experience was a good one.
There was a bit of a communication error that led to me doing a lot of extra leg work after closing to get my payment closer, but still not to the payment that I was told I would have.
VA gave us a chance when other lenders would not. We had a short sale less than two years ago and other lenders required a 24 month "seasoning period" in order to qualify. VA funded our loan after only 19 months since our short sale date!
