It was a smooth process. I gathered the items the underwriter's needed and they took care of everything else. I was expecting more hiccups along the way but they never happened.
We were devastated to have our buyer walk away the day before closing. We believed we were going to lose our dream home because of it. Tina found a way to make it all work and we happily moved in two days ago!!!!
Not sure about the dual agent thing. My agent was good but could have been a little more aggressive. they are both trying to satisfy their customers.
