The loan process was SLOPPY at best and took entirely to long to process with MANY delay at every part of the process. I took a day off of work to perform closing and even that was not enough since they could not have the paper work done in time. Not sure who was to blame really just know that it took entirely to long to complete the last part of the loan application even though I had completed the Re-Approval process. I would recommend hiring a real estate attorney from now to complete all the paper work unless you could be in town more then 1 day during the Mon to Friday time line that the loan officers were available and my work schedule prevented me from being in town for almost every weekday work hours to complete any of these processes; as in the loan system didn't take in account any one that actually worked for a living and were I would have to take a vacation time to be available to complete any of this paper work. Like I said I took time off of work to be available even though they continued to put more and more of the delay and they were not able to finish off the paper work as they said they would be at the time were I could be available to complete the paper work. I was completely frustrated at every turn trying to get this done and at every step your agency found more excuses were they wanted to delay the process at EVERY turn.
